Where is the neutral safety switch on a 1995 ford windstar?

I can not shift from park into gear when van is running. I have to put it into neutral, start it, then shift into gear. I also have no break lights. I was told it was the neutral safety switch. Where is it located and how do I change it?Where is the neutral safety switch on a 1995 ford windstar? It is your brake on/off switch that is faulty, not your TR sensor. Look up by your brake pedal for a two wire switch. The colour of the wires should be red with a light green stripe on one of them, and the other will be a solid dark green coloured wire. Replacement of this switch should repair the concern you have. Be sure to check fuse #7 (15A) first though. Hope this helps.Where is the neutral safety switch on a 1995 ford windstar? You're Welcome.
