How do I switch from video to tv with the Cox Digital Cable Remote?

I want to watch tv, but it is stuck on the Video Input. I don't know how to switch from Video to TV. I just want to watch a show, or something, and I feel so stupid.



The green light is on the box, so it is on.



Whenever I try to push a # to change the channel, the cable button at the top of the remote flashes red.



I dont even know how to explain this, and no one knows what im talking about..so hopefully someone here does. :(How do I switch from video to tv with the Cox Digital Cable Remote?Press the TV button once, then press the VIDEO SOURCE button to cycle through your TV inputs.
