In an effort to stimulate the economy and provide government jobs for Americans Obama wants to switch the incandescent bulbs to those new energy efficient ones in government facilities throughout the country. As for changing light bulbs. If the govt. does it, it will require the creation of a committee to study the effects of the light bulb removal, then will have to appoint a dozen people to oversee the work.



If a private contractor does it, they will claim it took 10 people to complete the job and bill the govt. $25,000 to do it.
